They take place at around the anal openings, and sometimes they are so distinguished that they block the anal openings and defecating becomes a very painful task. They are very painful; because the pain-sensing nerves are very active around the anal openings.
The Prolapse Conditions:
Both the internal and the external hemorrhoids sometimes prolapse and the blood clots in the vein. In the external hemorrhoids when the hemorrhoids prolapse, they are known to be most painful and surviving for the initial 24-48 hours is known to be the most difficult one. The same way in the internal hemorrhoids they prolapse and the swell increases during bowel movements. The whole ailment has been divided into 4 stages. In the initial stages, the hemorrhoids slide out of the anal openings during defecation and go back on its own.
